Field Sales Representatives needed for:

Ohio region
Illinois region

NuStep, Inc., an industry leader in fitness and rehab equipment has an exciting opportunity for field sales, responsible for a specific geographic territory. The primary responsibility of this position will be to grow sales in this geographic area with a focus on customer care and satisfaction. In addition, sell and promote the NuStep brand and build strong relationships in defined markets: Senior Living and Skilled Nursing, Healthcare, Physical Therapy etc. while. Responsibilities include market penetration, lead generation, following up on customer requests in order to provide comprehensive coverage and growth for the assigned geographic territory. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, socially confident, self-disciplined and an exceptional communicator.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 - 4 yrs of successful B2B sales experience, strategic selling, market penetration
  • Familiarity with the senior living, healthcare, exercise equipment markets preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of each aspect of the sales cycle
  • Proven success with market penetration and ability to close
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel ˜60 - 80% within the specified geographic region
  • Willingness to perform demos of the equipment at customer site
  • Clean driving record: the ideal candidate will reside in the area and be willing to travel to throughout the designated state regularly on daily trips.
